Dr. Rey walked over to Ah Wing in a steady past,"Hello, Mr. Yang, your cousin's surgery was a success."
"Cool, dude, can I see her? Talk to her? Hug her?" asked the excited Ah Wing, he hadn't talked to his cousin properly for so long, this is the moment he's been waiting for.
"Erm... Sorry Mr. Yang because, you must understand that...." Dr. Rey trailed off.
'Is Dr. Rey playing a trick on me? Oh please say that he is..' Ah Wing thought.
"You must understand that," Dr. Rey said, stopping for a moment,"She must have a nap from the long, tiring, surgery. But when her nap is done she'll be able to have lots of strength to talk to you."
Ah Wing put his hand to his heart,"Thank goodness, you almost scared me to death by stopping. I almost thought that my beloved cousin would d-"
"Hey, Ah Wing!" Ashley said, inturrupting Ah Wing. She was running towards Ah Wing with her right hand waving in the air as if she wanted to get a taxi.
Ah Wing grumbled,"Hey Ashley. What's up?" He put his hands in his pockets of his jeans. Ah Wing started walking towards Karen's room, 103, leaving Dr. Rey shrugging his shoulders and walking away, the other direction. Ashley quickly followed Ah Wing.
"Wait! I need to ask you what's up. Is Karen ok? Is she alright?" Ashley asked trying to sound concerned.
"Yes she's alright. She'll be waking up shortly from her nap." Ah Wing said.
"Great! Is she still going to do that surgery for cancer?"
"Yea. Not here though." Ah Wing said, sitting on the bench near the door of room 103.
"Why not?!?!?!" Ashley said sounding surprised. She sat next to Ah Wing, very close.
"Because, I've decided to go back to Hong Kong with Karen, and let her do surgery there."
"But... But... But... What about me? Will I go back with you?"
"Sure, if you want you." Ah Wing said, leaning back to the wall.
"I'll go back, in case anything happens or anything. Ok?"
"Ok. Can you let me rest? I've spent 5 hours here and I need a rest."
"Ok, but you don't have to be so grumpy." Ashley said. She was about to stand up and walk away until she thought of something. Ashley carefully placed her head onto Ah Wing's lap, and laid there, then looked up at Ah Wing. Ah Wing noticed Ashley on his lap, he quickly jumped up and ran to the bathroom. On his way to the bathroom he bumped into a nurse.
"Oh, excuse me. Sorry." Ah Wing said, as he quickly helped pick up the objects the nurse had dropped. He looked behind him, Ashley was following him! He ran quickly to the men's restroom. Ah Wing got into one of the stalls and sat on the toilet. It stunk. Someone must've pooped in there.. Ah Wing got up from the toilet and walked out of the stall, he walked to the door of the restroom, and through the small window he saw Ashley, leaning against the wall waiting for him to come out.
He went back into the stall and thought,'No offense, but Ashley is such a retard. She gets on my nerves. Doesn't she understand that I don’t love her anymore and the only person I love is Yan? Man, I can really relate her to a toilet paper stuck to my shoe. She's the toilet paper and I just want to peel the toilet paper off of my shoe but it's like a piece of gum stuck to it wth my shoe. But she won't come off!!'

It was Yan's first day of dialysis. Dr. Mumbleau said that it kinda hurts, but it hurts really bad!!! Dr. Mumbleau also said that Yan needs to do dialysis every 3 days a week. On Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The other days she doesn't have to. As soon as Yan got out of the room where she did dialysis, Yin and Yinjing were there, waiting for her.
"So how'd it go?" Yinjing said, holding onto her niece's arm.
"Horrible.." Yan said weakly,"It smelled really bad in there, and it was painful, they had to stick something in my arm.. And now my arm's all swollen... It hurts really bad..."
Yin ran to his daughter's side. He was so hurt from knowing how much his daughter's pain was, he let a tear drop from his eyes and to the ground. Yan looked at her dad, she too, cried,'How long can I live with this? It's just the first day and I'm already hurt from it. I don't want to go on anymore. It's too painful...' Yan thought.
"Dad, don't cry. It's ok. I'll make it. I mean it's just today then tomorrow I'll be better. And you guys don't have to wait for me so long. It's like 4 hours in there."
"We want to wait. But if you don't want us to, then we'll just come to pick you up. After you do dialysis, you need to take a 3 hour nap. Ok?" Yin said.
Yan nodded.

Yan suffered a lot during a month. But you'll get to see how much Ah Wing suffered, suffering from Ashley was way more than how much Yan had suffered.
After Ah Wing made sure he had been in the stall for an hour, he came out. He wasn't surprised that Ashley was there, wide awake,'Of course she's wide awake.. She's been sleeping the whole time at her house, while I was here waiting for Karen.' Ah Wing thought. He started walking.
Ah Wing ignored Ashley and kept on walking towards Karen's room. Then he looked back and saw that Ashley was following him. It was no use. Ashley is always going to follow him, where ever he goes. Ah Wing approached Karen's room. He took a deep breath before opening the door. As he opened the door, he saw a neatly dressed girl sitting on her bed, reading a book. A children's book.
"Hello, I kind of remember you, Cousin Wing right?" Karen said, carefully putting her book on the table near the bed.
"Yea. This is Ah Wing, just call me Ah Wing." He said, grabbing a chair and dragging it close to the hospital bed, and sat down.
"Um... Where's Ashley?" Karen asked.
Ashley was outside the room. She didn't dare to go in, who knows what that crazy girl will do?
"Right here." Ashley said, stepping into the room.
"Hi Ashley, sit down." Karen said, patting on the seat of the chair near her.
Ashley sat down.
"I have to say..." Karen said, taking a deep breath,"I'm sorry. Please forgive me of what I did years ago, I don't really remember but I know I did something very bad. Something so bad that the rest of my family died. And I just want you two, to forgive me."
"Karen, it's ok. I already forgave you when you came up with mental illness. And I always thought that you wouldn't learn your lesson but now I think you might have a chance." Ah Wing said.
"Yea... It's ok.." Ashley said.
"I already have learned my lesson. I learned that losing my family can be very lonely. I woke up half an hour ago, I remember most of the stuff that happened. I thought about it.. Then it came to my mind that I did that just because I wanted Ashley to die. I don't know why but I just hated her so much at that time. But I guess I thought of her the wrong way..." Karen said, she left out the part where she would say that she still hates Ashley and she thinks Ashley is an evil girl,"So are you two still going out?"
Ashley looked at the ground, her face turned pink with embarrassment,"Um... No... We got into an argument..."
Ah Wing laughed,"Yea, it's quite funny now that I think of it. I'm dating another girl now. Her name's Yan."
Ashley stood up, it looks like she's mad because of Ah Wing laughing,"Ah Wing, it's not even funny." She walked out of the room.
"I remember she has anger management problems.." Karen said.
"Everything's coming back to you. But listen, I've been planning," Ah Wing said, looking out the door to see if Ashley was there, no she was out of sight and couldn't hear their conversation,"I've been planning, to ask for Yan's hand in marriage."
"Really?!?!"
"Yes."
"Cool. I have a question, what will we do after this? Will we go back to Ashley's house?"
"Well we will for a month then we'll pack up and go to Hong Kong. In Hong Kong, a week later, you'll have to do surgery for your cancer, when it's all better. You can stay with Yan and me. Then we'll take care of you until you find a boyfriend and live with him. Is that ok for you?"
"Sounds like a perfect life!"
That, Ashley had heard but lucky that she had not heard about Ah Wing planning to ask for Yan's hand in marriage.
'Hmm... Their going to live in a house without me? We'll see about that.....' Ashley thought.
