Ah Wing stood still, staring at Ashley,"Ashley, why are you doing this?"
"I'm doing this because... Ah Wing, I love you!!!" Ashley said,"I can never let you go! Ever since the day at the cafe, when I saw you with her," She pointing to Yan,"I swore that I would get you back no matter what.."
"So you come to this point. To kill all the neccessary people you can just to get to him?" Yan said in fury. Before Ashley could answer, a party of policemen stormed into the room. Ashley quickly dropped her gun and kicked it to the floor.
"Everybody stop!!!" A police shouted. The policemen all noticed that Peter and Jon was injured. They all crowded in 2 groups around Peter and Jon. Ah Wing's attention was off of Ashley and Yan, he was talking to another police. Probably about what had just happened. Ashley took her chance, she quickly walked out of the room with Yan. Yan's neck remained wrapped around by Ashley's arms. Ashley quickly raced out of the policestation. Yan struggled to keep up with Ashley. Ashley pushed Yan into the front seat of Jon's car. And she got into the driver's seat. They drove off. After about 30 minutes of silence in the car, they approached a hill side. It was all grassy and had 1 small swing.
"Why did you bring me here?" Yan asked.
"Because- don't talk!!" Ashley hollered. Yan stayed hushed. Ashely sat down on the small swing. It looked like the rope was going to break any minute. But it didn't,"I brought you here.. Because I need to talk.." Ashley said.
Yan's fierce face suddenly turned into a sympathetic one,"What's wrong?"
"As you know.. I've been through a lot.."
Yan chuckled,"Hhmm.... No I don't know how much you've been through. Only that you have possibly killed 2 people already this week."
"There's more to it.. I feel like my life is falling apart." Ashley said sadly.
"Aw... Please tell me..." Yan said. She was curious about how the enemy's life was falling apart.
"There's a lot... Ah Wing doesn't like me anymore. In fact he kicked me out of his house and now my chances of even being friends with him is 0.. Yesterday I called home... My aunt picked up the phone. She told me..." Ashley took a big breath,"That my parents are dead because of a car accident. Then that afternoon, my aunt called me again and said that.. My dog is dead because my neighbour stole it and he sold it to this meat market... And ya know... They chopped my poor dog up... And.. My aunt also told me that the mayor took down my house.. Now I have nowhere to stay.. And I've been staying at Jon's house but... I think I killed him.."
"Then why do all those evil things?" Yan asked. Ashley shrugged her shoulders. Yan frowned,"How can you not know? By doing bad things, in return you'll get nothing but horrible things coming right back at you. Losing your parents to you is like losing my cousin to me. And losing your dog is like losing Jon. Jon's not that important to me but he's important to God. Everyone is important to God. We are like his children. But if his children behaves badly, he treats them badly. After they realize what they did wrong, God forgives them. Do you just want to go on doing these bad things, and let God get madder and madder at you until he says that he doesn't want you anymore? Do you know what it means if he doesn't want you anymore? It means that you die... He doesn't want you, so he gives you to the devil.. I'm sorry I have to say this.."
Tears started rolling down Ashley's face,"One.. More..." Ashley said through sobs,"I have.... Lung cancer... I think I've smoked and done too many bad things..."
"Ashley! If only we had become friends before we became enemies... I'm so sorry.." Yan cried.
"Now I regret all the things I've done... The doctor... Said that I only have a week to live... I have been smoking all my life. But ever since Ah Wing kicked me out of his house... I started smoking practically a pack a day..." Ashley sobbed...
Yan was positive that Ashley was telling the truth. Even if Ashley wasn't, she could go to the doctor she saw and ask that doctor,"Ashley, what hospital do you go to, and which doctor?" Yan asked.
"Why? Oh it doesn't even matter... I go to St. Hugo's... Dr. Mumbleau.."
"Ashley... Can.. Can you please go to the police station and admit that you killed both Jon and May?" Yan asked. She prayed in her mind that Ashley would say yes.
Ashley thought for a while,"Can you do me a favor or two?"
Yan nodded,"Anything." She said,"Except for death." Yan added.
"Can you," Ashley said slowly,"Let me be with Ah Wing for the last week of my life? That I'm willing to trade my life for jail? Tell them that I have cancer and only 1 week to live. Then I'll be out of everyone's harm..."
"Ok I'll tell them that. Should we go back?" Yan asked. Ashley nodded and they both got into the car. Ashley drove them back to the police station. They walked back into Peter's room. No one was there, only Ah Wing. He was sitting on a wooden chair, sleeping. Ashley and Yan walked over to him, they both shook him until it looked like he was almost going to fall off of his chair. Ah Wing woke up, surprised to find Ashley there. He sat on his chair in surprise.
"Ashley?!?!?! Why are you here?" Ah Wing said.
"I'm here to admit that I killed those people.." Ashley said.
"Oh.. Yea.. Um... Jon's dead and... Peter needs surgery.." Ah Wing said, scratching his hair.
"And... Yan promised me that you're going to be with me for 1 week.. Then when I die, you're Yan's." Ashley said. Ah Wing was shocked, he suddenly fell from his chair onto the concrete floor.

AN: Yay!! Done with this chapter. Took me practically all day to think this up!! And it seems short! This story is almost halting to an end!!!
