Ah Wing agreed to go out with Ashley for a week. Even let her live at his house. I stayed away from them so Ashley can be her happiest. When Ashley went to the person in charge of the police station, I was so scared that they'd say no. But they said yes!!! I'm just so glad that Ashley can spend her last days being a good person. Isn't that what life is all about? But then again.. If there's no dangerous stuff happening in the world, then it wouldn't be an interesting place right?
Today is Ashley's last day... I want to do something special for her. Even though she wasn't that nice to me before... I feel like everyone I know is leaving me.. I hope Ah Wing doesn't.. It's been almost 2 weeks now ever since what happened... I want this whole mess to be over... I mean it's the thing of the past but it'll always stay as a memory... I never thought I would be here right now with Ah Wing and Ashley, shopping.
I checked with Dr. Mumbleau about Ashley. She wasn't lying.. I feel like I can trust Ashley now but... Not for long.. She won't be here...

As Ashley, Yan, Ah Wing passed by the jewelry store, Yan kept her eyes on a pair of diamond earrings. Ah Wing noticed,"You want those?"
Yan rolled her eyes,"Those are a lot of money.."
Ah Wing glanced at the price, it was $952.99!
Ashley looked at the food stands,"Hey, Ah Wing, let's get something to eat. Yan, can you save us a spot?"
"Sure." Yan said and walked over to the tables. Ashley took Ah Wing's arm and dragged him to the hot dog stand.
Ashley took a big breath,"Ah Wing.. I'm really sorry about all that I've done to cause you and Yan misery... I'm very sorry.. And I hope Yan doesn't think that it was you... I understand that you probably told her millions of times.. I don't know if she believes you.. I understand that she's been through a lot and all she needs is you by her side... Are you planning to tell her?"
"Tell her what? That I didn't kiss you? I bet 99% she won't believe me.." Ah Wing said, looking down at the floor.
"Fine I'll tell her. She'll believe me. I think... Just get us something to eat. Anything." Ashley said and walked to Yan. Yan was sitting on a metal chair, still looking at the diamond earrings,"Hey Yan." Ashley said as she sat down on the chair next to Yan,"We need to talk. About.. What happened... Well let's make it clear, Ah Wing didn't kiss me. I kind of made it seem like he did... But I lifted my head a little for our lips to meet. I'm sorry... At that time I was just thinking about getting him back and stuff... Do you believe me?"
"At first when Ah Wing told me, I didn't believe him. But he kept saying that he didn't kiss you.. I believe him... And since you admit that you did it, then it might as well be true.." Yan said.
Ashley's dark, sad face brightened up,"Does that mean you'll forgive him? I don't want to be the wall that blocks you two anymore... I feel guilty.." Ashley said. There was silence in the air except for the people talking in the background,"I'm feeling tired... I'm going to go back to Ah Wing's house to take a rest. You and Ah Wing can stay here..." Without another word, she stood up and walked away from Yan.
Yan looked at Ashley's figure feeling sad for her. Ah Wing appeared, he sat down on the same chair that Ashley sat a moment ago. He noticed Yan's face,"What's wrong? And where did Ashley go?"
"She went back to your house. She said she's not feeling that well... And nothing's wrong. I don't know why but... I just feel there's something that needs to be done... And when it's done, then the sad feeling I have now would be gone forever..." Yan said looking away from Ah Wing's face.
"I know..." Ah Wing grinned, he took Yan's hand and ran out the mall into his car.
"Where are you taking me?"
"You'll see and you already know where." Ah Wing said and started driving. Yan sat in the front seat, bored to death. Yan's eyes wandered out the window. They were almost stopping to a familiar place. Yan's eyes darted this way and that way, all over the place examining it.
"Hey..." Yan started to say,"Isn't this the place you brought me...?"
Ah Wing looked at Yan playfully,"Yes... And I have something for you.. Do you want it?"
Yan's eyes widened with excitement,"YES!!!! What is it?" Yan said, smiling widely.
"Well... You have to get to me to get it first!!!" Ah Wing said and raced into the forest and to his special place. Yan quickly ran after him, her legs pumping up the energy to run like the wind! As she approached Ah Wing, she breathed heavily. Her throat felt sore. She coughed a little and looked at Ah Wing.
"There. I catched up to you... So.. what do I get?" Yan said. She looked around her surroundings. There they were, in Ah Wing's special place. The place where Yan and Ah Wing made their wishes. How long ago was that? Did their wishes even come true?
"You get..." Ah Wing said as he got down on his knees. He put his hand inside his pocket on his pants and searched for something. Yan could see the shape of his hand moving inside his pocket, struggling to find what he was looking for. She giggled,"Ok I got it." Ah Wing said as his hand shot up. Yan couldn't see what it was,"Would you... Marry me..?" Ah Wing asked slowly as he showed the ring to Yan,'Good thing I had it in my pocket.. This is a perfect time to propose her..' Ah Wing thought.
Yan's mouth dropped open and stared, she grinned. The ends of her mouth was practically touching her ears,"AAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OF COURSE I WOULD MARRY YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Yan jumped around in joy and she jumped onto Ah Wing's back, messing up his hair. She got off of his back and faced him, then she hugged him tightly.
He struggled for air,"Yan... Too tight.... Need to breath..." Yan let him go and looked at him sweetly.
"Sorry bout that... I guess I never knew I would marry at age 25!!!" Yan said. Ah Wing slid the ring in Yan's middle finger on her left hand,"I'm officially engaged!!! Not quite right?" Yan said. There was no response. Instead of answering Ah Wing kissed Yan slowly on the lips. When their kiss ended, Yan sighed,"I wonder... What our wedding would be like..."
"You can plan it." Ah Wing said.
"That'd be so cool. But you'd have to take part too." Yan said. Ah Wing and Yan talked on and on, they never came to wonder why they're back together without a talk about it...
Until Yan had that in her mind,"Why... Did you propose me?"
"Because," Ah Wing said,"I love you deeply. Don't you understand? You are the most important person in my life. If I lose you... I'd lose myself. I wouldn't be able to go on with my life. But thank goodness I didn't lose you..."
"Yea..." Yan murmured,"I mean I could have died if I hadn't done dialysis..."
"You had to do dialysis?!?!?!"
"Yea."
"I'm wondering.." Ah Wing said,"Why did you forgive me?"
"Do you want me to not forgive you? I forgave you because I knew deep down inside I still loved you." Yan said,"And besides... May told me that you didn't kiss Ashley... And she's dead because of trying to tell me.. I should forgive you for the sake of Ashley and you.."
"You're so sweet.." Ah Wing said.
"And that's why I'm your fiancee." Yan said, grinning. The sun was about to set. The orange colors of the sun looked beautiful. It looked like earth was slowly swallowing the sun up, but the colors remained until it was completely gone,"What a beautiful sunset..." No response from Ah Wing. Yan looked around searching for him. He was climbing up the boulder to the top, Yan quickly followed him. They both layed on the boulder, looking at the beautiful sunset. Everything was quiet. They looked at the sunset and thought of deep thoughts until the earth swallowed up the sun. Yan and Ah Wing faded into sleep, the only sound was crickets chirping..

Meanwhile, Ashley was in her room in Ah Wing's house. Her heavy breathy filled the quiet apartment. No one was in the apartment except for Ashley. She slept with difficulty. Nightmares were in Ashley's mind. She could see them clearly. The devil was coming slowly and slowly toward her. Her face was timid. There was no hint of friendlyness in the devil's blank face. Ashley could see nothing in the devil's face except for bright red, fiery eyes. Then suddenly the devil lifted up it's cloak and devoured Ashley.. There was a pierce scream and everything stopped. Everything was silent...

AN: Yay!! Almost done!! Lol. I predict... One more chapter.... And I'll be done. And guess what? I have another new story!! It's called Eternal and here's the url and it just has the forewords..
