"Don't... Tell me you're dead..." Yan cried.
Then Ah Wing opened his eyes,"Hey, what's up?" He sat up, looking mischeviously at Yan.
"Wha....?!?!?!" Yan said,"You tricked me!"
"You really think I could die that easily?" Ah Wing said.
"Hey! I was only car-" Yan stopped at mid-sentence as her stomach growled,"I'm hungry..."
"Wanna go to my apartment?"
"Sure. To eat? Right? Because I can't stay there for long. I've got work."
"Yea to eat breakfast." Ah Wing said. They stood up and ran to Ah Wing's car.

Yan opened the door of Ah Wing's and swirled around,"It's been so long since I've been in here..." Ah Wing and Yan walked to the kitchen. Yan threw her purse on the counter, and opened the refrigerator,"Oooh!!! There's bacon!" Yan turned around, facing Ah Wing.
"You never buy bacon!!" Yan said.
"Well I do now." Ah Wing said. He heard footsteps on the wooden floor. They turned around and saw sleepy Karen with her PJ's still on.
"Mornin.... Hey Yan, why are you here?" Karen said as she sat down a chair next to the counter.
"Karen... I have big and awesome news to tell you!!!" Yan said.
"Cool what is it?" Karen said, excitedly as she jumped up from her seat.
"I'M GETTING MARRIED TO YOUR COUSIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Yan said, and the two girls did the happy jump. Which you just jump around hysterically.
"I think you guys should stop. I wouldn't wanna have the neighbours listening from outside my door and tell everyone in the whole world that I'm getting married. I think I can't provide that many food for so many people. And trust me, people can eat." Ah Wing said. Yan and Karen were silent,"Hey Yan, I think we should get ready, to go to the mall and buy your wedding gown!"
"That... Can we do it later? I don't really like gowns, they're all big and flouncy. It just makes me uncomfortable and clumsy." Yan said,"And besides we have work. Today's a Monday, remember?"
"Oh right.. I remember. That's too bad..." Ah Wing said,"Let's eat breakfast first."
"Right but nothing that'll have an effect on my throat. Because if it does, then I can't sing and if I don't sing, I don't get payed." Yan said as she simply grabbed an apple from a basket.
=========================================
It was 12:00pm, Yan just got off of her shift. Yan was bored and very hungry. As she walked through the mall full of stores, she stopped at an indoor display of a small playground,'The playground... Swing.... A swing!!! Ashley!! We forgot about Ashley!! She must be at Ah Wing's house... Dead...' Yan thought. She ran out the mall, calling Ah Wing at the same time,"Hello?? Ah Wing!! Hurry, come to the mall!! We have to get to your apartment!! Quick!!"
"But why?"
"Just come!!"
"Ok o-" Ah Wing stopped as Yan clicked off. Yan stood impatiently on the sidewalk, looking out at the street for Ah Wing's car. Five minutes later, Ah Wing's car approached Yan, she quickly got in the front seat.
"So what's wrong?" Ah Wing said casually.
"Ashley! We totally forgot about her! We forgot to check on her! Oh... She's probably dead!!" Yan said.
"We did..." Ah Wing said as he drove quickly to his house. When Yan and Ah Wing arrived at his apartment building, they both ran quickly in the elevator and pressed 5. They quickly burst into Ah Wing's apartment as soon as they saw the door was open. Karen was standing in the hallway looking frightened.
"Karen?!?! What's wrong? Why is the door opened?" Ah Wing said.
"The police are here. And 2 doctors. They broke in, and just stormed into Ashley's room without a word with me." Karen explained.
Yan and Ah Wing walked into Ashley's room to find about 7 policemen and 2 doctors. They saw Ashley laying on her bed, still. Ashley's hair was spread across her pillow, her hands were folded on her stomach. The face was pale with no expression, so was her lip. Her eyes were closed. Yan cried as Ah wing stared at the dead body. The police and doctors made no sound. Two policemen didn't hesitate as they lifted Ashley's body up from the bed. Other policemen, took a black bag and held it open as they slid Ashley's body into the bag.
A doctor, probably in his 40's spoke,"Hello. Um... You two are...?"
"Oh, I'm Yan, and this is Ah Wing." Yan said as she held up her hand for the doctor to shake. The doctor shook it.
"We made sure that this woman is really dead. I understand we're supposed to turn her into the police office right?"
"Er... Yes I guess.." Ah Wing said.
"Can't she have like a funeral or something?" Yan asked.
The second doctor said,"I'm sorry but the head of the police office said clearly that we have to bring her dead body to the police office. I don't know what they're going to do with it but I doubt that you will be involved." Before Yan or Ah Wing could say anything else, the policemen and the doctors walked out of the room with the black bag. Yan and Ah Wing followed them, wanting to argue, but they walked out of the door without saying anything else.
Yan fell back a step,"Unbelievable..." Yan murmured,"Are they even human?"

A month later Yan and Ah Wing got married. Their wedding was so beautiful. Ah Wing wanted to set it in his special place but Yan argued and said that if they find out about the special place then more and more people'll want to go. So Ah Wing and Yan decided to let it take place in the hillside where Ashley took Yan.
The swing was still there. Except that they set a long carpet, blue one. The blue carpet trailed into a section of the hillside that was surrounded by a metal fence. In the entrance, there was a metal gate. Every corner of the section was filled with yellow flowers. There were guests seated in lawn chairs. The color of the lawn chairs were like the blue sky. Ah Wing stood next to the minister. They were all waiting patiently for Yan to appear. Then a moment later, they heard the sound of the gate opening. Every head turned to see the bride. Yan and Yin appeared at the gate. They slowly walked down the "aisle". Yan looked beautiful in her white gown that had a little trail behind it. In her hands she held a bouquet of yellow flowers. As she reached Ah Wing, her father left her to sit down. he had tears of joy in his eyes. Yan gave the bouquet to Karen for her to hold. Ah Wing took Yan's hands in his. As the minister droned on and on about marriage, Yan and Ah Wing looked into each other's eyes. Then, Ah Wing and Yan said their vows and exchanged rings.
"I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may now kiss the bride." The minister said with a tone of hapiness in his voice.
Ah Wing was going to lift up Yan's veil, but a gust of wind blew the light veil up, giving a chance for Ah Wing to kiss the bride. As Ah Wing leaned over to kiss Yan, everyone cheered. The loudest of all that they could hear was Yinjing. Guess she's very happy that Yan's married. The kiss was ended by friends and family surrounding the newly weds. A crowd of people followed Ah Wing and Yan as they walked through the gate. Little children threw flower petals all around. In the crowd, Karen handed Yan the bouquet.
It was a happy ending. Except that in the future there might be quarrels and such going on. But Ah Wing and Yan knew that they had to take on the challenges in life, and if they succeed they'll be happy and have each other. If they do not succeed at least they still have each other. When they were by the gate, Yan got ready to throw the bouquet for someone to catch it.
"Ah Wing, I love you forever!" She shouted, then she threw the bouquet in the air, knowing that their love will never fade away...
