Siu Sung and Chi are seated at the far cornered table, where the whole restaurant can be viewed in their direction.
Ah Chi: I've been starring at the menu for over five minutes, and still no meal interests me.
Siu Sung: Maybe you should try something new. You never know if you don't give it a try; but then in other times old is better than new.
Ah Chi: *thinking that Siu Sung means their relationship* You think so?
Siu Sung: Yah! Of course, like the seafood special here, it has always been my favorite. I've tried other restaurants, but they serve it best here.
Ah Chi: *realizes that he is talking about food* Oh I see. *In deep thinking*
Siu Sung: *looks at Chi's expression* Chi?
Ah Chi: Huh?
Siu Sung: Decided yet?
Ah Chi: I don't know. What do you suggest?
Siu Sung: How about a seafood special?
Ah Chi: Sure.
Siu Sung calls the waiter over to make an order. Just as he looks in the direction of the entrance, he spots two familiar figure. Siu Sung ordered their food and talks back to Chi.
Siu Sung: Ah Chi, look over there.
Ah Chi: *looks in the direction Siu Sung is pointing* Hey it's Sam Yuen and Ah Fung.
Siu Sung: Wonder why they're having dinner. Sam Yuen shouldn't get too close to Ah Fung.
Although Ah Fung was once their friend, he is now a triad leader, Siu Sung cannot let his guard down. He cannot let Ah Fung hurt Sam Yuen.
Ah Chi: Maybe Fung wants to thank Sam Yuen for saving him.
Siu Sung: What are the chances of that?
Ah Chi: Why not?
Siu Sung: If it is the old Fung, I would believe that; but this is Chan Nam Fung, triad leader having thankfulness? I don't think so.
Ah Chi: Who knows.

Over with Sam Yuen and Nam Fung.
Nam Fung: Order anything you want Madam Chan. Tonight is my treat.
Sam Yuen: *silenced for a while, then spoke* I know, or else I wouldn't have came.
Nam Fung: You seem to be thinking a lot of things. Troubled?
Sam Yuen: *talks to herself* Being here with you troubles me a lot.
Nam Fung: *heard what she said* That is true. A policewoman and a gangster should not be associated in anyway. That's what you're thinking, right?
Sam Yuen: Sorry to disappoint you, but that wasn't what I was thinking; and I believe that you aren't scare of me either. *stares into Fung's eyes* You know that I am someone you can trust. *looks down again*
Nam Fung's POV
Why was this Chan Sam Yuen able to read my thoughts? Why did she understand me so much? Being with her, I feel that I am actually relaxed. I feeling I can't get when I am around Charmaine. Chan Sam Yuen was right, I know that I can trust her. I can tell from the moment I starred into her eyes. Maybe its fate, to let me encounter this friend. A friend I can trust.
Sam Yuen looks up and sees Fung staring at her.
Sam Yuen: Something on my eyes?
Nam Fung: No, its just that I think your really different.
Sam Yuen: In what way?
"Your different from every single person that I've met, I find sincerity and warmth when I am with you." Fung said boldly.
Sam Yuen smiles, this was the first time Fung had commented her ever since he had gone missing.
Sam Yuen: You trust me?
Nam Fung: You know I do. So are we friends?
Sam Yuen's POV
I am beginning to realize that the old Fung was returning. Although the Fung in front of me still has no memories of his past, but his kindness and trust in me has returned. I sense that deep inside, Fung isn't bad at all. He just needs time to get back to his old self. I have decided to be the one that is going to assist him in doing that.
Nam Fung: So?
Sam Yuen: Yea, friends.
Nam Fung: So tell me, why aren't you scared of me?
Sam Yuen: Why should I?
Nam Fung: I am a gangster wor.
Sam Yuen: From the moment I meet until now, you haven't done anything wrong. At least I haven't seen it with my own eyes.
Nam Fung: *laughs* Yup that's true, other than fighting over territories and beating up people, I haven't done any illegal things yet.
Sam Yuen: That's good to hear, now why don't we order, I'm starving. *smiles*
Nam Fung: Sure.

After dinner Fung drove Sam Yuen home, while Siu Sung and Ah Chi followed behind them. After Fung leaved, Siu Sung and Ah Chi went up to Sam Yuen's apartment to confront Sam Yuen.
DING DONG
Sam Yuen opens the door and sees a worried Siu Sung, accompanied with Ah Chi.
Sam Yuen: Hey Siu Sung, Chi. Come in. Have a seat, I'll get you guys drinks. Water ok?
Siu Sung: *worried* Sam Yuen ah, I want to ask you *interrupted by the doorbell*
Sam Yuen: I'll get the door first.
Person: Hey, long time no see Sam Yuen!
Sam Yuen: *overjoyed* Wah! It's been so long! I miss you!!!
Siu Sung and Ah Chi turned their heads around and sees Sam Yuen hugging this woman. When the woman's head finally turned around, Siu Sung greeted her.
Siu Sung: Hey Ah Ngor!
