Quin: Nice to meet you too Cheung Sir. *look over to Fei who was still shocked to see her* Long time no see Fei.
Fei (Tsui Sir) : It's been three years. How are you?
Quin: *smiles* Fine. How about we go have a drink after I'm done with my patient here. *to Vin* I'm Mo Chiu Kwan, a psychologist. I'm here to help you.
Vin: I don't need your help.
Quin: How do you define the word "friend"?
Vin: Someone one can trust.
Quin: Do you trust me?
Vin remained silent.
Quin: Do you trust Charles?
Vin: He is my...best friend. I trust him.
Quin: *nods* You trust him, and he trust you. If you don't reveal the truth, then don't you think it would be unfair to him?
Vin: I don't know what to say...I can't forget about that scene...
Quin: Is it about something that happened to you when you were young?
Vin: *closes his eyes* That day, my mom was arguing with my dad about money because both my mom and I had not eaten in days. She wanted to ask my dad for some money so I won't go starving. My dad didn't care about my mom nor myself. He just told my mom to shut up. He wanted to leave, but my mom held him back and begged him once again. My dad was annoyed. I was crying. He aimed his gun in front of me and said many harsh words. I hated him. At that point, my mom had enough, she got up from the floor and slapped my father in the face and demanded that he drop his gun immediately. My mom knew that I was scared. My dad became furious after he was slapped, he pointed his gun in front of my mom and fired the shot. The shot had hit my mother in the heart...*opened his eyes* When that policeman pointed his gun at me the other day, all I had in my mind was the images of my past...the images of my dad pointing his gun at me...the images of my dad killing my mother...I mistook that police as my dad, I wanted to kill him and I want him to pay for all he has done to my mom and I. So I fired the shot. It was only after I had fired the shot did I realize that it was the police who was pointing at me, not my father. I didn't mean to hurt him...I really didn't, IT WAS A MISTAKE!!!
Quin: Okay, calm down Vin. Everything will be okay. Control your emotions. Now that the truth is out, everything will be fine. Cheung Sir and Tsui Sir will help you. *looks up to Dai Yung and Fei*
Dai Yung nodded.
Dai Yung: Do you think he can accompany us back to the police station for further questioning now?
Quin: He should be fine.
Vin: *just calmed down* Cheung Sir, how is Charles?
Dai Yung: He is fine. He was very cooperative with us. He was worried about you too. Ready to go?
Vin: Yea.
Dai Yung: *to Fei* I'll take Vin back for questioning. You can go to the hospital to see how Madam Chu is doing. Join me back at the police station later.
Fei: Okay.
After Cheung Sir led Vin out of the room, Fei turned his attention to Quin.
Fei: When did you get back?
Quin: Last month.
Fei: Why didn't you contact me.
Quin: I was going to, but I was way too busy.
Fei: So your back being the police team's psychologist.
Quin nodded.
Quin: So how is Chin Chin (Anne Heung from Detective Investigation Files IV)?
Fei: Chin Chin left me six months ago. She just left me a letter and went away. I haven't heard from her since.
Quin: You lost contact with her?
Fei nodded.
Fei: I also lost contact with you for three years. Where have you been the past three years?
Quin: *smiles* I've been to many places and meet many new people, it's a long story.
Fei: Want to have dinner with me tonight?
Quin: I can't tonight. How about tomorrow?
Fei: Okay then. Your phone number still haven't changed...right?
Quin nodded.
Fei: I'll call you later.
Fei turned around and was about to leave. Fei suddenly stopped and turned around.
Fei: I missed you in the past three years.
Quin remained silent and Fei exited Quin's office.

Back at the hospital, in Fung's private hospital room...
Sam Yuen held on to Fung's hand tightly. She waited patiently for Fung to wake up. The doctors said that Fung will be able to wake up anytime now. Sam Yuen didn't want to be away from Fung when he awakes. Sam Yuen looked closely at Fung, she noticed that Fung's mouth was getting a little too dry, so she decided to go get some water for him.
Meanwhile, Charmaine, who was just released from the police having their questioning immediately rushed to the hospital to see how Fung was doing. Charmaine found Fung's room and walked in quietly. Charmaine sat next to Fung and touched his face.
Charmaine: Wake up Nam Fung, I really need you...
Suddenly Fung's fingers moved, he was regaining his conscious. Charmaine went to called the doctors immediately...
When Charmaine returned to the room with Doctor Chai, Fung was murmuring the name "Sam Yuen" repeatively. At that time, Sam Yuen re-entered the room and hears Fung calling her name.
Sam Yuen: How is he Doctor Chai?
Doctor Chai: He has regained conscious. That's great news. We will have to do some more tests on Mr. Chan to get an update of his currently condition.
Sam Yuen: Thank you doctor.
Sam Yuen was overjoyed, she didn't even notice the presence of Charmaine, just when Sam Yuen couldn't get any happier, she noticed Fung trying to reach her. Sam Yuen quickly walked over to Fung and help support him. Fung was still very weak.
Sam Yuen: How are you feeling right now?
Fung: I'm...fine. Lo Por (wife)...I want...I want to see Sa Sa and Cheuk Cheuk...
