How come nobody is answering the phone? Maybe Sam Yuen and Ah Fung are out. I shouldn't disturb them.
Ken's suggestion is very tempting, it would be a good opportunity for me to step aside from all my problems. Plus, the training program would be a good chance to improve my own skills. *sighs* Or maybe all of this is just an excuse, maybe I don't want to leave Hong Kong...there would be so many things I would miss if I decide to go...dad...Sum Jei...Ah Por (grandmother)...and Siu Sung. I don't know when and how my personality and thoughts changed. Back when I was with Winson (Ellesmere Choi from Armed Reaction III), no matter how close our relationship was, I would never let him change my way of looking at things. I was always the one making the decision. Even after he was arrested, to me, it was the end of me and him. I had never thought of being together with him again, because back then, to me, once two people broke up, there was no turning back. That time when I had almost gotten married with Winson after we broke up, was all because his father was seriously ill. My heart wasn't with him anymore, I know perfectly what I was thinking. This time with Siu Sung...it's all different. I had never felt like this before. After Siu Sung and I broke up, there was a period of time when I was down, but those feelings went away fast, because Ken started asking me out and also because of the massive workload I had back then. Just when I think all matters have been settled down, those feelings I had back then returns to me. I don't know why, but when Siu Sung told me that he and Ngor Jei have gotten back together again, I had a very sad feeling arise in my heart. Could I ever forget Siu Sung?

The next day...
Siu Sung had slept extremely well last night, he was happy that he and Ngor Jei were back together again. He became as energetic as he could be. Siu Sung worked through documents with an unbelievable speed that whole afternoon. He had never felt this happy in a long time, it's only five in the afternoon, and yet, Siu Sung is already dreaming. He already sees a bright future waiting for him, with Ngor Jei by his side. To Siu Sung, he was the luckiest man in the world. Suddenly, an unexpected phone call disturbed him. He quickly rushed out his office and lead his team to the scene. When their team got there, Ngor Jei's and her team had already arrived.
Siu Sung: What's the situation?
So Ngor: We just arrived ten minutes ago. According to the forensic examiner, Ron Ng has been confirmed to be killed two hours ago. The surrounding is very messed up, there seems to be intense fighting going on here. Our people (police officers) have already started working. My team are outside, asking the people living in this area what they saw, while the examiners are searching the area for suspicious fingerprints, footprints and any traces of evidences.
Siu Sung: How was Ron Ng killed?
So Ngor: He died over the lost of a large amount of blood. He was stabbed by someone on his back.
Siu Sung: Any suspects?
So Ngor: No. Not yet.

Back at the station...
Fung knocked on Siu Sung's door lightly.
Siu Sung: Come in.
Fung: *noticed Siu Sung's expression* What's the matter? You seem stressed.
Siu Sung: Did you know yet?
Fung: Know what?
Siu Sung: We found Ron Ng, the brother of Sheh Si Man, died in an abandon house.
Fung: Where was the abandon house located?
Siu Sung: Sun Kai (name of an area in Hong Kong).
Fung was already in deep thoughts.
Siu Sung: Thought of something?
Fung: Maybe, I'm not sure.
Siu Sung: Tell me if you think of anything that you think might help solve the case.
Fung: I will. Have you guys informed Charmaine yet?
Siu Sung: Yes. We have.
Fung: How was her reaction?
Siu Sung: Surprisingly calm.
Fung: I see.
Siu Sung: Anyways, let's not talk about it for now, the team will follow this case. Any reason as to why you're looking for me?
Fung: Oh yea, Yee Mui Ma wants you to bring Ngor Jei over for dinner tonight.
Siu Sung: Again? Didn't we go yesterday? What's Yee Mui Jei up to...
Fung shrugged.
Fung: I don't know, she said something about persuade Ngor Jei to marry you.
Siu Sung: *laughs* She never changes.

At the dinner table...
Yee Mui Jei has been starring at Siu Sung ever since dinner began. Sensing that Yee Mui Jei was up to something, Siu Sung tried his best to avoid Yee Mui Jei's glare. Siu Sung winked at Ngor Jei, who was sitting next to him, signaling Ngor Jei to do something.
So Ngor: Umm...Yee Mui Jei, do you want some soup?
Yee Mui Jei: *still not taking her eyes off Siu Sung* No thanks.
So Ngor: Then, do you want more rice? I can refill your bowl for you.
Yee Mui Jei finally turned her attention towards Ah Ngor.
Yee Mui Jei: Ah Ngor ah, when do you plan to get marry with Siu Sung?
Hearing Yee Mui Jei's sudden statement, both Siu Sung and Ah Ngor choked on what they were eating.
After recovering from Yee Mui Jei's sudden statement, neither Ngor Jei nor Siu Sung knew how to reply. Ngor Jei winked at Sam Yuen, who was sitting across from Siu Sung, signaling her to do something, Sam Yuen winked at Fung, and Fung winked at Say Hei (Sam Yuen's sister). The winking went on for over two minutes.
Yee Mui Jei: *dropped her chopsticks* Stop all the winking! *looks sternly Siu Sung* They can't help you answer. What is your answer?
Siu Sung: Yee Mui Jei...it's like this...we aren't planning to get married just yet.
Yee Mui Jei: You guys are not getting married?
Siu Sung: We will. Just not in the near future.
